I'm Adriane, a yoga teacher (RYT500) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy coach. I've been living with migraine since 2007.
I created Yoga for Migraine after struggling with migraine myself and realizing how hard it is to find support that actually feels doable.

This isn't something to keep up with. It's something to come back to when you need it. Even using one practice occasionally is enough.

Our live 30 minute sessions on Mondays at 2pm ET are all recorded, so you can watch anytime. Everything inside is designed to be flexible.
