I'm Adriane, a yoga teacher (RYT500) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy coach. I've been living with migraine since 2007.

I created Yoga for Migraine after struggling with migraine myself and realizing how hard it is to find support that actually feels doable.

My goal is simple:

The Migraine Self-Care Circle offers simple, migraine-friendly practices designed to gently support your nervous system over time.
These practices adjust to your pain level, so you always have something you can come back to—whether you’re in a flare or feeling a bit better.

What if I can't keep up?

You don't need to.

This isn't something to keep up with. It's something to come back to when you need it. Even using one practice occasionally is enough.

What if I can't attend the live sessions?

Totally ok.

Our live 30 minute sessions on Mondays at 2pm ET are all recorded, so you can watch anytime. Everything inside is designed to be flexible.

What is included in the Migraine Self-Care Circle?

Inside you’ll find:

  • a library of 400+ on-demand migraine-friendly practices
  • weekly live sessions (with replays)
  • simple guided playlists so you don’t have to figure out what to do
  • a private, supportive community (no social media required)

You can explore as much or as little as you want. No social media account is required.

What if I join and don't use it much?

This is here for you to come back to when you need it—even occasionally.
It doesn’t need to be used perfectly to be helpful.

How am I billed? What if I need to cancel?
